The Apartment is fitted with a wireless, free, high speed internet access, two TV-set LCD, a TV Sat, a radio with a CD-player, a washing machine, an iron with the ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.

The WaterLane is guarded, with a 24-hours reception which allows access just residents.

Vehicles may be parked in the street next to the WaterLane building. Streets: Szafarnia and Nowe Ogrody aren't subject to a charge parking zone.
